Binance Trading Journal

Intro
Here is the truth about exchanges: it is not in their interest to provide full trading analytics, so you can see how you perform, because they want you to make trades and lose money. Each time you take a trade, a commission is paid. If they show full trading analytics or make it easier, then they will lose customers, so it's in their interest, because you will actually see how much money you lost. Below, I show the steps to follow and how easy it is to download the trades and import them into our trading journal.
How to export Binance trades:
- On the web, go to the Binance website and log in.
- locate the wallet icon, click overview
- In the left panel, select the Orders tab, then click on Spot Orders. Notice that Orders is not visible in the Wallet dropdown... this reinforces my introduction above.
- Choose the last menu, Trade history.
- There is a small button, very small, to export the trades.
- Choose the timeframe, Excel format
- And click Export
How to import Binance trades:
- Go to the trading journal link
- Select the downloaded file, choose the source as Binance
- Click Import trades.
To reinforce my belief, look at how difficult it is to export such trades. Navigating to 3 different pages, no easy menu item, no easy click to download, as compared to the import. The import takes literally under 3 seconds to import trades.
A video will also be posted for the complete walk-through.
Journaling is very important; start soon and avoid future emotional losses. And trade with an edge, otherwise just watch. Check our breakout scanner homepage.
